Theory 11 released a teaser today on Instagram showing an image of what appeared to be red Monarchs behind the already released white and the original blue. It was then confirmed in the comments section that the red Monarchs will in fact be a reality as they defended the deck release when criticized for doing a recolor.
This teaser comes just two months after the release of the white Artisan playing cards, which was a follow up from the black Artisans released last year.
At this point there has been no release date/time given but the teaser was dropped on a very special day for America – Independence Day!
To date the Monarchs have been extremely popular and successful for Theory 11. The original Monarchs were even featured in the 2013 summer movie ‘Now You See Me’ starring Morgan Freeman.
