Wild West Playing Cards, are a set of playing cards that depict the Lawmen and Outlaws of the Wild West, have relaunched a Kickstarter campaign that Justin Froyd of Jamm Pakd Cards, hope will fund the production of this gorgeous deck of playing cards.
In July this year, Wild West Playing Cards raised $7k of their $15k target, which unfortunately was not enough to allow the project to go to the next stage. However, this month Justin is back with a lower target goal, a revamped campaign, and an updated design!
On the changes in design, Justin tell Kardify,
The main changes that we made were in the shape of the pips and going with the Bicycle Branded Tuck Box. The first design was inspired by some old Western Pictures we found on the internet were the pips had more straight edges. After the first launch was unsuccessful, I reached out to people and listened to my supporters. The main item they wanted to be changed was the shape of the pips.
Justin continued,
So we went back to the drawing board and changed the shape of the pips to more of a traditional style and decided to design the tuck box with the Bicycle Brand. Everyone that gave me feedback stated that the cards are much better with the new pips so I moved forward with the new design for the re-launch. I am very excited about the re-launch and all of the great feedback I received on the new design.
The Wild West Playing Cards campaign offers 2 different decks: Lawmen and Outlaw. Printed by the United States Playing Card Co., each deck will have different tuck boxes, different back designs and different court cards for each deck.
