Just launched on Kickstarter, GJALLARHORN: Viking Playing Cards by Ethereal Visions Publishing is a beautifully illustrated deck inspired by the myths of the Viking Age.
GJALLARHORN, or the Yelling Horn, is known by many as the horn wielded by Heimdallr to announce the coming of Ragnarök. When sounded, all of the players of the final battle will gather; Odin, Thor, Loki, Hel, Tyr, and many others. Once gathered, the mighty battle will begin.
The deck is fully custom with Unique norse mammen art style inspired tuck box and card designs. The courts are 100% unique and illustrated by hand in the Art Nouveau style featuring deities and creatures who will play an important role in the battle.
The card backs comes with Gold/Silver metallic inks and beautifully connects the narative of the deck. Packaged in gold and silver foiled, embossed tuck box, GJALLARHORN: Viking Playing Cards will be printed by NPCC with premium linen finish on high quality 310 gsm German card stock.
