From Germany, the Meteor Playing Cards are produced by Just Card Store and designed by Velometric (Instagram: @Velometric). The deck is inspired by matter from outer space that enters the earth’s atmosphere, becoming incandescent.
Meteor Playing Cards feature a flat design style emphasizing stylistic elements that give the illusion of three dimensions and is focused on a minimalist use of geometric elements.
The cards are fully custom with vibrant flat style images of meteors, planets and light streak effects. The courts have been tweaked to give it a more playful look, consistent with the overall theme of the deck.
The cards were printed by Hanson Chien Productions Co on the new luxury finish, similar to the Odyssey and the Jugglers v2. Now available for pre-order until 1st May 2018.
