Ancient Warriors (Red Edition) Playing Cards is part of the limited edition 2 deck set by Uruguayan designer Marcelo Simonetti and produced by Will Roya of PlayingCardDecks. The deck is inspired by past civilizations from around the globe and combine traditional and nontraditional playing card design techniques and concepts.
Each suit represents a different civilization: Spades – Crusaders, Clubs – Japanese, Diamonds – Zulu and Hearts – Aztec. The subtle one-way design of the backs has an intricate yet elegant design. Also, each of the court cards is custom in traditional clothing and aspects of each civilization are also reflected on the Aces and pips. Exemplify the uniqueness of this deck.
