The team at Playingcarddecks has just launched their next project on Kickstarter- Knights Playing Cards. A collaboration with award-winning artist Sam Hayles from Edinburgh, Scotland, the deck is inspired by medieval knights and their most recognized style of armor and weapons.
The Bicycle Knights deck is fully custom and hand-illustrated with great attention to detail. The cards have a vintage look and feel to them, from the two-way courts, jokers to the coat of arms aces and bold indices of each suit. You can certainly see Sam’s gritty style of illustration on these cards.
This Bicycle branded deck will be printed by the US Playing Card Co on their classic stock with embossed finish. Available NOW on Kickstarter from $9.
