Designed by Brad Fulton, these cards celebrate the transition from NASA’s original “meatball” logo to the invigorating graphics package delivered by Danne & Blackburn, which marked a new graphical era for the U.S. Space Program.

Each card in this deck is adorned with artwork from the NASA Archives, ensuring an authentic and nostalgic experience. The tuck box, designed to be as impressive as the cards within, features metallic silver paper and foil-embossed NASA logotype, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication.

Eames The Little Toy Playing Cards

The fourth edition of Eames Playing Cards by Art of Play celebrates “The Little Toy,” an architectural kit composed of brightly colored panels and wireframes shaped as squares and triangles.

This edition incorporates elements of “The Little Toy” into a minimal numbering system, where small connectors serve as edge markings for quick visual reference, and panels of squares and triangles are arranged to represent different values.

Eames Playing Cards are housed in a letterpress-printed tuck case, crafted from sustainable paper and using vegetable-based dyes. The design of the box pays homage to the famous home built by Charles and Ray Eames, a creative base where they lived for many years.

Big Brother 2024 Is Watching You Playing Cards

The “Big Brother 2024 Is Watching You” project by 3rd Dominion is an intriguing and innovative deck inspired by George Orwell’s iconic novel, 1984. Conceptualized and designed by the creative minds at 3rd Dominion, this deck is currently seeking funds on Kickstarter with less than a week to go. Remarkably, the project is already more than 200% funded!

The phrase “Big Brother Is Watching You” was coined by Orwell in the third paragraph of the first chapter of 1984, where he described an omnipresent government surveillance system. This theme of pervasive observation is central to the design of our playing cards, capturing the essence of Orwell’s prophetic vision which remains highly relevant today.

The “Big Brother 2024 Is Watching You” deck features three editions: Silver, Gold, and Cobalt Blue. Each deck is poker-sized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The design is cohesive, maintaining a darker tone that is both visually appealing and suitably unsettling.

From the court cards to the Ace of Spades and the mirrored card backs, the design integrates the Big Eye motif seamlessly. Each deck comes with a numbered seal, signed by the designer, making it exclusive to Kickstarter backers. Additionally, the decks are shipped in protective boxes made from recycled materials, emphasizing our commitment to the environment.

The 1994 and 2004 decks feature unique tuck box design and construction, deluxe foil and embossing, silver (metallic) ink for card backs, numbered seals signed by the designer. Each edition boasts a meticulously crafted tuck box with the iconic Big Eye design, symbolizing constant surveillance. Both the outer and inner prints are of high quality, ensuring a luxurious feel.

Pinocchio Vermilion (2nd Edition) Playing Cards

Whimsical. Fictional. Vibrant.

The 2nd edition of Pinocchio Vermilion by Elletra Deganello offers a fresh take on the original Pinocchio deck, first released in 2018 in collaboration with Passione Playing Cards LLC.

This edition features a fine red-coloured edge, printed in Italy, enhancing the deck’s playability while adding a smooth touch and vibrant color to the edges. The tuck boxes, also printed in Italy by Boschiero & Newton, are crafted from high-quality Fedrigoni paper stock and adorned with three types of hot foils and embossing, dedicated to the illustrator Attilio Mussino.

Limited to a total run of 380 decks, each Red Pinocchio Vermilion II Edition is hand-numbered on a pearlescent seal, making it a unique collector’s item. Printed by The United States Playing Card Company with the patronage of the Fondazione Nazionale Carlo Collodi.
