Alpha and Omega Playing Cards: Bible Edition is the second project in the Alpha & Omega Series. After a very successful first launch, the team at Elephant Playing Cards is back with even more unique hand-crafted illustrations beautifully depicting Biblical periods in practical game pieces. 

This Kickstarter campaign includes 4 decks:

1. Creation (the book of Genesis)

2. Law (the rest of the Old Testament)

3. Gospel (The Gospels and Pentecost period)

4. Revelation (The apocalyptic last book of the Bible)

Each design in the Alpha & Omega series has been respectfully and accurately hand-illustrated from the ground up in authentic wood-cut style to faithfully represent significant people and events during these Biblical periods.

On Kickstarter! Alpha and Omega Playing Cards

Just in time for the Easter weekend! A stunning deck from Elephant Playing Cards. Alpha and Omega Playing Cards are fully custom playing cards beautifully depicting some of the most significant periods of Church history in useful game pieces. 

Each deck in the Alpha & Omega series faithfully captures a different period in Church history featuring heroes and villains of the early church, Protestant reformation and Great Awakening. 

Inside, each design in the Alpha & Omega series has been hand-illustrated from the ground up in authentic wood-cut style to faithfully represent significant people during these important periods of Church history. The cards are embedded with subtle details which embellish the story behind them. 

For example, Martin Luther is depicted on one side of the card nailing his era-defining 95 Thesis to the door of the church in Wittenberg, while on the other side he is confined to Wartburg Castle to escape the Catholic Church; a scene complete with the ink stain from his encounter with the devil. 

Three decks are on offer during the campaign: Reformation, Early Church and Great Awakening. Each edition comes with its own custom card backs, hand-illustrated courts, aces and jokers. The beautiful number cards are consistent with the deck theme. 

The cards will be printed with luxurious gold metallic inks on the card faces and backs. These inks give the cards a dull golden shine and look incredible!

The team at Elephant Playing Cards continue to surprise with their endless range of unique decks. The recently released Starry Nights were sold out in 26 hours and are one their classiest deck to-date, according to the product page,

Final Week on Kickstarter, Infinitum Playing Cards

An intriguing deck by the team at Elephant Playing Cards. Infinitum Playing Cards is a deck of playing cards that is both functional and beautiful. The fully Custom is inspired By The Futility Of Time and designed for the games enthusiast, the casual gamer, the collector and the cardist to be a staple go-to deck in any situation.

The deck combines elements of mortality and time to produce a dystopian infinite universe where endless power and greed (embodied by the Kings, Queens, and Aces) have not only figuratively but also literally consumed the very ones who dedicated their lives to its pursuit. Gold & Royal Edition Medieval Playing Cards Now on Kickstarter

Inspired by fearless knights, severe lords and gorgeous queens, Medieval playing cards are produced by Elephant Playing Cards (EPC) and designed by designed by Ukrainian artist Egor Klyuchnyk. The decks are 100% custom hand-drawn with one-way courts in the original old style of playing card decks. From the card stock to the construction of the tuck box, Medieval has been created to showcase the charm and beauty of the Renaissance Age with a contemporary twist!

TWO different decks are on offer during the Kickstarter campaign: the Medieval Gold edition and Medieval Royalty edition.

The brand new Gold Edition has been refined since the release of the original Black-and-White Edition. The deck features a brighter look, intricate 2-way back design, thicker card stock and subtle coat of arms background design for each suit. The deck is packaged in an authentic out-of-the box tuck flap packaging capped with a red wax-style seal.

For the Royal Edition of the Medieval deck, EPC has decided to go ALL OUT. The face cards feature similar design elements to that of the Gold Edition but with gold edge gilding to all cards and Gold foil on the card backs. Prism: Night Playing Cards by Elephant Playing Cards (EPC) is the brainchild of Ben Jones. Prism was created to highlight the beautiful radiance of light. What makes this deck truly unique is the special gloss ink; shiny, raised and smooth to highlight the light beams, corner indices, and numbers, which gives the card texture you can feel.

Each number and court card have a subtle radial pattern emerging from a singularity, cutting through the darkness and revealing the color of the suits it intersects. Also, when the cards are in motion, the light sparkles off every facet of the light beams. Truly unique!

Deck View: Pipmen (Black Edition) Playing Cards

From the team at Elephant Playing Cards (EPC), Pipmen Playing Cards is a fun, creative and a semi-transformation styled deck. Pipmen takes the creative impulse a step further in a Leremy-inspired playful design.

From the number cards to the courts and jokers, each design is unique. The court cards are reversible and tell a story. The Black edition deck is the standard version offered during the Kickstarter campaign.

EPC is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter for Pipmen World, the follow-up to Pipmen. Pipmen World features little Pipmen interacting with the suit symbols on the face of each card to make unique scenes. Each individual scene connects to all the others to create a large picture - an incredible picture of the Pipmen's world! Check out the Kickstarter project here!

First Look: Pipmen World by Elephant Playing Cards

Early last year, Ben Jones and his team at Elephant Playing Cards (EPC) released the playful Pipmen Playing Cards. It was successfully funded on Kickstarter having achieved over 129% in funding. This year EPC is back with a follow-up, introducing Pipmen World.

Pipmen World is a creative new deck of playing cards which features fun little Pipmen interacting with the suit symbols on the face of each card to make unique scenes. On the design, Ben said,

Each card is different, and the court cards (the Jack, Queen, and King) and also unique reversible Pipmen scenes. These colorful scenes make the Pipmen cards incredibly creative, but that is not all the deck has to offer. Each individual scene connects to all the others to create a large picture - a picture of the Pipmen's world!

This puzzle aspect of the deck makes it truly unique. While there has been diptych or even hexastich decks before (a picture in 2 or 6 parts), no other deck has made a self-contained picture with all the cards, which in themselves are individual pictures. Pipmen World is a world first Polyptych puzzle where every card has its place. Ben continues,

In addition to the puzzle aspect, Pipmen World is a fully functional deck of playing cards. The Pipmen interact with the clear suit symbols, and the card number and indices in the corners are completely unimpaired with a white border bounding the artwork. Because of this, the deck can be used for any card game, while still being a great game to bring to parties.

The Pipmen World will be printed by Legends Playing Card Co and will feature silver foil accents on the tuck, custom Pipmen seal and interior tuck printing (stretched goal). Scheduled launch date, February 14th on Kickstarter.

Card Flash: Medieval Playing Cards

Currently being fulfilled by Gambler's Warehouse, Medieval Playing Cards is a collaboration between Anomaly World Studio and Elephant Playing Cards (EPC). The deck is fully custom and hand-illustrated with great attention to detail. The cards have a vintage look and feel to them, from the one-way courts, gorgeous aces to the striking indices and unique subtle coat of arms background for each suit. Kickstarter: Medieval Playing Cards Has Launched

Elephant Playing Cards (EPC), the company that brought you Prism: Night Playing Cards and Pipmen Playing Cards, has launched their next project on Kickstarter- Medieval Playing Cards. A collaboration with Anomaly World Studio, the deck is meticulously designed by Ukrainian artist Egor Klyuchnyk. This custom deck is inspired by medieval fearless knights, severe lords and gorgeous queens.

The campaign is running until 24 August and seeking is AUD$12k (~USD$9k). Medieval will be a fully custom hand-drawn deck with one-way courts in the original old style of playing card decks. From the card stock to the construction of the tuck box, Medieval have been created to show all beauty of the Renaissance Age and inspired by the great artist - Diego Velásquez.

Two editions are on offer in the campaign, the Silver (unlimited) Edition and the Gold (Limited) Edition, only unlocked at the AUD$20k (~USD$15k) stretched goal. The limited edition deck is a full-color version of the unlimited edition deck.

Both editions will be printed by Legends Playing Card Co. on Robusto card stock. Now on Kickstarter. Pledge starts from AUD$17 (~USD$13).

A collaboration between Anomaly World Studio and Elephant Playing Cards (EPC), the Renaissance Playing Card deck is meticulously designed by Egor Klyuchnyk. This custom deck is inspired by medieval fearless knights, severe lords, and gorgeous queens.

According to Ben Jones of EPC,

Renaissance is a fully custom hand-drawn deck with one way courts in the original old style of playing card decks. From the card stock to the construction of the tuckbox, Renaissance is designed to transport you back in time with a contemporary twist! Through this deck we want you to feel this epoch, and experience its elegance and grandeur.

Two editions will be offered in the upcoming campaign, the Silver (unlimited) Edition and the Gold (Limited) Edition, unlocked at AUD$20k stretched goal. The limited edition deck is a full-color version of the unlimited edition deck.
