Inside, the identical Jokers feature a unique illustration of a bald man spewing ravens, with several birds perched on his head and trees sprouting from his ears. First Look: The BLRD (Red Edition) Playing Cards

Red Black Inc will be releasing the popular BLRD BLK playing cards in a RED colorway. Easy to learn and challenging to spot, the deck’s clever reader system is created by Mathieu Bich and developed by David Blaine. The BLRD optical illusion card backs allow for a deceptively fast read of the value and suit of each playing card.

The BLRD Red deck combines the minimalist look of the BLK edition with the elegance of the foiled Gold edition, striking a perfect balance between the celebratory Gold versions and the BLK worker version of the BLRD deck. This will be the final (for now) interaction of the BLRD deck.

The tuck box comes embossed and adorned with red foil. Also, the tuck box contains a clever reveal within that is only visible when using the light from your mobile phone.

David Blaine Launches RED BLACK With Two Deck Releases

TWO new decks were available during launch- the foiled Green Gatorbacks that David's teased on social media and the signed Silver Gatorbacks. 

Green Gator Backs are the rarest printing of the coveted Gator Back series. These playing cards by David Blaine and artist Mark Stutzman feature fine Soft Touch dual-foiled tucks in white and green that are enhanced with multi-level sculpted embossing for a distinct texture. The card backs include Green MetalLuxe on thin crush premium stock for excellent handling. 

The Signed Silver Gatorbacks will be the first signed release of the sought-after silver Gatorbacks. The white and silver dual-foiled tucks are crafted from Fine Soft Touch stock featuring multi-level sculpted embossing. As part of the first Red Black Inc release, these highly limited signed decks will be a must-have for collectors. 

This will be the only release ever of the autographed Silver Gatorbacks. David Blaine signed 750 decks, which were then factory sealed by the United States Playing Card Company with a red tear strip to protect the authenticity of David’s signature.

News: David Blaine to Release Skull & Bones Private Reserve on September 15th

David Blaine will be releasing the Skull & Bones Private Reserve this Saturday, 15th September. Not much information but from the teaser images on Instagram (@davidblaine), the tuck box look similar to that of the limited edition David Blaine Observers Playing Cards, but instead of the split spades design, the card backs feature the Expert Playing Card Co.'s Skull & Bones design. The deck will be available at shop.davidblaine.com.

Card Radar: White Lions (Tour Edition) Playing Cards

This year, David Blaine embarked on his first-ever North American tour and during his performances, he only used the White Lions Playing Cards! It is by far his favorite deck on stage due to the way they handle. Smooth and durable!

The White Lions Tour Edition is David Blaine's final version of the White Lions. David has now perfected it with loads of hidden features, making it a great deck for both seasoned professional and beginner. Breathtaking in their simplicity, the Black Editions are two of four beautiful additions to the White Lions family.

Fully custom, the back design feature the repeating "db" symbol which is both intricate and classic in its appearance. The Ace of Spades is updated with a more simplistic design.
