Deck View: Bicycle Runes Playing Cards

The Bicycle Runes Playing Cards is designed by Juniardi Satyanagara and was included in Playingcarddecks Pip Box Club Selection in April. The fully custom deck is based on the Elder Futhark, the oldest runic alphabet from Germanic & Nordic tribes.

Inside, the main feature of the two-way back design is based on the famous rune circle and printed with bronze metallic ink. A total of 24 runic letters are used on the number and court cards. The layout of the face cards are consistent across the deck with the rune circle prominently featured.

Also, The runes on the aces spell out the corresponding suit and the jokers feature a decorative octagram. A key card is included to decypher the runic letters. Besides using this as a fun unique deck for your next card game, it is also perfect for performing mysterious themed magic tricks.
