Stranger Things Playing Cards

In collaboration with Netflix and film producers the Duffer Brothers, Theory11 presents a deck based on cult-phenomenon online streaming TV series: Stranger Things Playing Cards. All of the artworks for this licensed deck are filled with a lot of easter eggs from the Netflix original series.

On the other side is the silhouette of a kid in front of the red door. The back side of the box mirrors the card back design. The box will have a customized seal, fashioned to look like a warning seal from a secret laboratory. The box will have holographic red and silver foil complete with embossing.

The tuck box is adorned with beautiful metallic foil and embossing. The front side of the box features the title of the deck, showing the iconic font used in the opening credits. There are the children characters from the series, riding their bicycles with the protagonist of the story.

The card back design features a two-way illustration filled with many easter eggs from the Netflix series, such as the creepy grandfather clock and the eldritch monster.

The Ace of Spades features the female heroine of the series, Eleven. The Jokers feature the eldritch villains of the series, the Demogorgon and Vecna.

The courts feature some of the popular characters, such as fans’ favourite Eddie Munson the rock guitarist and Dustin Henderson the nerd. The colors used throughout the deck are red, black, and silver.

Pledge starts at $13 on Kickstarter and both decks will be printed by the Taiwan Playing Card Company. Also, FFP has an exclusive membership program for their loyal fans. Backers of this Kickstarter campaign will receive a membership card, unlocking access to future membership-only items, including Special Gilded Edition and Rare Limited Edition decks.

Chris Ramsay's 1st V6 Playing Cards

Last month, Chris Ramsay released the 1st Playing Cards V6. The eye-catching new deck sports a predominantly red/white for the red edition and black/white colorway for the black edition. 

The deck features a minimalist design with the 1st logo prominently featured on the tuck box, ace of spades and one-way card back. The traditional courts’ colour palette has been updated to ensure consistency and familiarity. 

The tuck case comes with their respective colorway beautifully wrapped with the iconic 1ST logo in gold foil. The tuck interior also features a repeated 1ST logo in gold foil.

Every deck includes a duplicate 4 of spades, two identical jokers and a blank card. The deck comes in a Mnemonica stack.

Kings Wild’s Cibola Playing Cards Released!

Cibola is the third and final deck in Kings Wild Project‘s “Lost Cities” series. Like previous decks in the series, this luxurious deck is part of the 2023 Vintage Reimagined subscription. The decks take the vintage design elements of the original El Dorado Playing Cards from the late 1800s, adding a new artistic touch to their design. Cibola features a beautiful back design with metallic ink, and gorgeous tucks with subtle foiling accents.
