Atlantis V2 Playing Cards by Riffle Shuffle

In 2021, Riffle Shuffle successfully funded Atlantis Playing Cards with 987% funding level. Now, they are back on Kickstarter with Atlantis Playing Cards V2 in two mesmerizing editions: Rise and Sunken. These decks take players on a visual journey through the rise and fall of Atlantis, a city once unrivaled in knowledge and technological prowess, now shrouded in myth and mystery.

The Rise Edition, clad in a vibrant red, unfolds Atlantis at the peak of its glory. The die-cut box offers a glimpse of the grandeur within—a city of architectural marvels and natural beauty. From intricate designs to heavenly clouds in red foil, every detail is a testament to Atlantis’s prosperity and the gods’ blessings.

Contrasting with the Rise, the Sunken Edition’s purple and silver palette depicts Atlantis’s fall, engulfed in flames and submerged beneath the sea. The die-cut feature symbolizes peering into the submerged city, revealing a narrative of arrogance, divine punishment, and a city’s descent into the abyss.

Inside, the card designs weave a captivating tale. The composition is a balance of symmetry, showcasing Atlantis above and below the sea, with Zeus, the god of thunder, casting divine judgment.

The court cards provide a unique glimpse into the imagined appearance of the people of Atlantis. Adorned in elegant attire, they are outfitted with opulent red and gold for the Rise Edition and regal purple and silver for the Sink Edition.

The Ace of Spades shares nearly identical designs but are distinguished by their contrasting colors. The Rise Edition boasts vibrant red and gold hues, while the Sink Edition captivates with cool tones of purple and silver.

The Cross (Admiral Angels) Playing Cards

The Cross Playing Cards tells the story and influences of Christianity through cards. Designed by Peter Voth in collaboration with Riffle Shuffle the Admiral Angels edition comes in a blue colorway and prominently features the giant cross in the center with a giant crown sitting on top of it.

The back design of the cards mirrors that from the tuck featuring Angels, the Lamb of God, and the Lion of Judah. The artwork will be printed with gold metallic ink on the blue background. The Court cards feature historical figures that had rested in peace for their beliefs – grouped as the Modern Martyrs, the statues seen in the Westminster Abbey Gallery of the Great West Door.

The Aces show the symbols of the four evangelists who chronicled the story of Jesus Christ in the Gospels books in the Bible, while the Jokers featured an identical illustration of the legend of St. George and the Dragon, a scene where the knight bearing the cross symbol slaying a dragon with a long spear

This year marks their 53rd anniversary, and to celebrate, Conjuring Arts and Riffle Shuffle have released the Jerry’s Nugget Kelly Green Edition.

Every card in this edition maintains the original Jerry’s Nugget’s remarkable thickness. This thickness isn’t a coincidence; it’s achieved through a meticulous process known as THIN CRUSHING of the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC)’s world-renowned premium (Bee) stock.

While the original design of Jerry’s Nugget cards remains untouched, there’s a twist in the color theme that sets the Kelly Green Edition apart. The design team harnessed cutting-edge playing card printing technologies from the USPCC to recapture the texture and sensation of the original Jerry’s Nugget as faithfully as possible.

The Great Creator Earth Edition Playing Cards

The Great Creator Earth Edition playing cards is a collaboration between Widakk Design and Riffle Shuffle. The intricate back design features symmetrical decorations of the Greek architecture surrounding the borders and at the center, lies two guardian lions.

The number cards follow the same classic pattern as regular number cards. The Earth suit symbols are infused with beautiful flower petals with gold borders surrounding them. Every single one of the custom court cards holds an item that helps the process of creating the world. The bold Ace of Spades is guarded by two ancient guardians side by side, with the spade symbol in the center.

The deck is kept in a stunning tuck box featuring a Green and Gold hot foil stamp with precision embossing. Also, the inner tuck case is printed with sophisticated Green and Gold hot foil stamp artwork.
