Black Glitch Playing Cards, a Room One x Fontaine Collab

The latest Fontaine, Black Glitch Playing Cards are elevated with Room One’s signature design touch. This limited edition collaboration debuted at the inaugural 2025 Asia Card Convention (ACC) in Fo Shan, bringing together two creatives in one extraordinary deck. The animated card back adds a striking visual element, making every shuffle a dynamic experience.

The deck is printed on Room One’s Premium 270G Slight Stock, the same high-quality cardstock used in their popular Teak decks, ensuring smooth handling and durability. The deck available for $23 from Butterfly Magic Store.

Kogan Cult Fontaine Playing Cards

In a notable collaboration from 2021, Fontaine teamed up with Kirill Kogan to create the Kogan Cult Fontaines. Kirill Kogan, a Berlin-based artist and illustrator originally from Moscow, Russia, brings a unique flair to this deck.

Kogan’s unique style is reflected in the custom Fontaines, which draw inspiration from video games, movies, comics, and skateboard culture. Every detail, from the card backs to the court cards, aces, and jokers, reflects his impeccable illustration skills.

Four New Fontaines Available for Pre-Order!

Fontaine Cards has just released four new limited edition decks: Casino, Vacation, Botanical, and Blue Glitch.

These are some of many designs Zach Mueller had on the back burner for a while, always switching back and forth on whether they were good enough to release. According to Zach,

I finally decided to just get them out there and see what people like! They’re up right now.

Each deck embodies a unique style. The iconic Fs seamlessly blends into the various back design. The face cards features custom jokers and ace of spades, along with standard courts. The cards a packaged in a soft touch matte tuck box.

These new Fontaines are currently available for pre-order and are estimated to ship within 8-12 weeks. They will be printed by WJPC on 300gsm German black core stock. Available for $12 on Fontaine Cards.

Undercover Fontaines Available for Pre-Order

Fontaine Cards has just released the Fontaine Undercover Editions for pre-order for pre-order. This new series of playing cards introduces a subtle and understated aesthetic, departing from the bold designs Fontaine has become known for in recent years. At first glance, the cards appear to be simple rectangles of ink, but a closer inspection reveals the hidden Fs, cleverly disguised within the design.

The colorways are available: Red and Black. These decks will be printed by WJPC on 300gsm German black core stock and will feature a soft-touch matte tuck box, ensuring both quality and elegance. Available for pre-order for $12 on Fontaine Cards.

Fontaine Cards Introduces 2 New Decks!

After a year of hiatus… Fontaine Cards are back with two distinct decks, each embodying a unique style. The first deck boasts a light pastel blue solid color, a nod to Fontaine’s roots, and embraces simplicity without any unnecessary embellishments.

On the other hand, the second deck adopts a more illustrative approach, with the iconic Fs seamlessly blending into the back design. It features custom jokers and ad cards, along with recolored courts for added artistic flair.

These releases mark a significant shift for Fontaine in 2024, aiming for a fresh approach. Priced at $12 per deck, this initiative involves printing fewer quantities, steering away from colossal projects, and allocating more time for smaller experiments. The intention is to cater to a diverse audience, offering something for everyone.

Spongebob Fontaine Playing Cards

The colorful SpongeBob Fontaines deck is part of the Fontaine Cards-Nickelodeon collab released in early 2022. Taking Zach Mueller‘s appreciation for the beloved cartoon and making it into a physical product, the deck features characters from the fictional underwater town of Bikini Bottom- SpongeBob, Patrick Star, Squidward, to Sandy Cheeks, Gary, and Mr. Krabs on the face cards.

The eye-catching card backs come with the iconic Fontaine ‘F’s with the flower-shaped clouds of Bikini Bottom in the background. SpongeBob’s porous yellow face is featured in front of the tuck box.

The deck is printed by the USPCC on premium crushed stock. Available on Vanishing Inc. for $19.95.
