Room One x Bicycle Rookie Playing Cards

Room One x Bicycle Rookie Playing Cards marks the first official collaboration between Room One Cards and the Bicycle brand. This deck is born from a journey that began with Room One’s debut release, Oppenheimer: Father of the Atomic Bomb, which earned the 2023 Deck of the Year “Rookie of the Year” award.

As part of that honor, Room One received a printing credit from the United States Playing Card Company, which they used to create Rookie, a deck that symbolizes the very beginning of their story.

Designed with Bicycle’s classic card layouts and infused with Room One’s design, the deck seamlessly blends tradition and creativity. Every card features subtle easter eggs referencing past Room One releases, inviting players and collectors to discover hidden details with every shuffle.

Printed by USPCC on premium cardstock with Bicycle’s renowned Air-Cushion finish, the deck offers a smooth, flexible texture that performs beautifully in play, cardistry, and handling. Available now on Room One for $16.

Room One X RIPNDIP Drop Two New Decks!

RIPNDIP has hit the playing card world once again! This time in a fresh collaboration with Room One, TWO new decks have arrived: The Pink One and The Flippy One. Both editions channel the irreverent, mischievous spirit of RIPNDIP while delivering the handling quality collectors and cardists expect from Room One.

Bright, bold, and unapologetically playful, The Pink One brings maximum attitude from the moment you crack open the tuck. The fully vibrant custom card faces erupt with RIPNDIP’s signature humour and character, making the deck as fun to look at as it is to shuffle.

With its “Friendly International Greeting” themed tuck box, The Flippy One leans fully into RIPNDIP’s quirky charm. Custom faces round out the experience, giving this deck its own flavour while keeping that unmistakable brand identity.

Each deck comes housed in an embossed smooth-finish tuck box, RIPNDIP style on full display and ready to take its place alongside the brand’s cult-favorite merch.

Room One’s premium German 300G black-core elite stock gives both decks a crisp snap, smooth handling, and long-lasting durability. Whether you’re a RIPNDIP fan, a deck collector, or someone who appreciates playful design paired with serious card quality, these two releases hit the sweet spot.

Price starts at $18 on Room One Cards.

Assassin's Creed Legacy Version II Playing Cards by Room One

The officially licensed Assassin’s Creed playing card by Room One returns, re-engineered with new colorways, upgraded finishes, and a complete visual overhaul. Following the success of the original Hidden Blade decks, honored with a Deck of the Year Award for Best Innovation and sold out across all limited editions- the legacy has been reborn.

This new installment elevates every detail. Each edition now features full metallic cold-foil across the faces and backs, giving the artwork a shimmering, animated presence with every movement. The signature editions push this even further with holographic foil gilded edges in onyx black or garnet red. Paired with fully remastered card art and bold new palettes, Version II offers a fresh way to experience the world of Assassin’s Creed.

Every card draws from the lore of the franchise. The court cards portray legendary Assassins and rival Templars in detailed illustrations that reflect their histories, personalities, and roles in the saga. Even the number cards are fully customized, incorporating symbols, motifs, and visual cues inspired by the franchise’s historical eras and hidden narratives.

Four editions are available, each offering a distinct style and level of collectibility: the Onyx Signature Edition, Garnet Signature Edition, Onyx Hidden Blade Edition, and Garnet Hidden Blade Edition.

The Signature Editions are housed in Room One Cards’ celebrated Accordion Tuck Box, a multi-layered 3D structure with embossing and hot foil that amplifies every graphic element. Inside, 55 fully customized cards blend premium finishes with storytelling depth.

The Hidden Blade Editions come in a specialized tuck box modeled after the iconic hidden blade, paired with an embossed and foiled slipcase. The result is a dramatic unboxing experience that reflects one of the series’ most recognizable artifacts. This edition also includes 55 fully customized cards, now enhanced with metallic cold-foil throughout.

Across all editions, cold-foil card backs enhance the Assassin insignias and historical details woven into the symmetrical designs. The Hidden Blade decks feature a true two-way back for gameplay, while the Signature decks offer more elaborate foiling for collectors.

Finally, the holographic foil gilding—new to the series—turns every shuffle into a cascade of shifting color, reinforcing these decks as premium artifacts crafted for fans, collectors, and players alike.

Smoke and Mirrors (Mirror Flower and Water Moon) Playing Cards

Room One and Dan & Dave have teamed up for Smoke and Mirrors, a two-deck set inspired by the intriguing connection between illusion and the Chinese phrase 鏡花水月 (Mirror Flower Water Moon).

“Smoke and mirrors” describes the obscuring or embellishment of truth, while Mirror Flower Water Moon refers to something beautiful yet intangible and impossible to grasp. The two ideas come together in a collection that explores illusion, reflection, and beauty across cultures.

First released at the Asia Card Convention (ACC) 2026 in Guangzhou, the decks combine Room One's contemporary aesthetic with Dan & Dave's signature playing card design.

The set features Mirror Flower and Water Moon, each with shimmering cold-foil card backs, semi-custom courts, custom Ace of Spades and Jokers. The decks are housed in a distinctive light-up Infinity Mirror tuck box, adding another layer of illusion to the presentation.

Godzilla X Kong Playing Cards

For the past two years, Candice & Torres, the team behind Room One Decks has created a series of playing cards, their first one being Oppenheimer Playing Cards, a deck based on Christopher Nolan’s latest biography film. The deck won the best “Rookie Deck” in UC’s DOTY 2023. For this latest playing cards project, Room One Decks has collaborated with TOHO and Legendary Pictures to produce officially licensed Godzilla X Kong Playing Cards!

As the title suggests, the deck is based on the titular gigantic monsters: Godzilla the titan lizard and Kong the titan gorilla. They each have their respective deck. Kong Playing Cards shows a light color palette, while Godzilla Playing Cards comes in a darker colorway.

The back design features a two-way illustration of a bordered design framing the monsters. You can notice the logo of Monarch, a research organization founded to research and study these giants.

The Number cards feature slight customization: while the arrangement of pips are standard, one of the pips for each number features the silhouette of the Titans. The court cards feature two-way illustrations of the titans featured in the latest movie they’re based on: the main titular titans Godzilla and Kong as Spades and Hearts courts respectively, along with the opposing titans Skar King and Shimo as Clubs and Diamonds courts respectively.

There are two editions available during the Kickstarter campaign: Standard and Special Editions. The Standard Edition tuck box comes with embossed artwork along with hot foiling. The Special Edition features tuck box with the same features, with a signature design from Room One: Accordion Tuck Box which the front of the box features a window showcasing the layered artwork of each respective titan.

This layered accordion artwork can be removed from the box. Also, the cards for the Special Editions will have special add-ons: metallic foil accents on the back design and gilding on the edge – gold foil for Kong and magenta foil for Godzilla.

Pledge starts from $17 on Kickstarter.

Hanging Gardens of Babylon Playing Cards

Eon, a sub-brand of Room One Cards, has unveiled its latest project: the Hanging Gardens of Babylon Playing Cards, the first release in an ambitious new series inspired by the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

According to Room One Cards, this launch marks a return to fundamentals, cards that are practical, elegant, and deeply rooted in culture and history. As with all things Eon, though, “basic” doesn’t mean boring. These decks are thoughtfully designed to be beautiful and functional, blending historical myth with refined aesthetics.

This first deck in the series draws inspiration from the legendary Hanging Gardens of Babylon, one of antiquity’s most enduring mysteries. Said to have been built by King Nebuchadnezzar II for his homesick queen, Amyitis, the Gardens were described as a lush, terraced oasis in the heart of the desert—an architectural and engineering marvel that captivated ancient writers and continues to stir imaginations today.

Eon’s interpretation of the Gardens is vivid and immersive. The cards feature a rich palette of deep blues, radiant golds, and flourishing greens, reminiscent of Babylon’s famed glazed bricks and verdant terraces. The artwork echo ancient Mesopotamian motifs while maintaining a clean, modern elegance that makes the deck both collectible and usable.

Two editions are available during the campaign, Standard and Special- both housed in a lavish die-cut window tuck box. This packaging design offers a glimpse of the deck’s centerpiece: a 55th custom face card, revealed through a foiled and embossed frame.

Inside, the Standard Edition showcases a cast of Babylonian court figures illustrated in a symmetrical two-way style, paired with bold, unconventional pip placement and fine detailing that adds depth to each card.

The Special Edition elevates this with cold foil accents on select number and court cards, giving them an extra glint of opulence. The card backs, already intricate in design, shimmer with added foil, and the edges are finished in a dazzling lime-green gilding, reminiscent of the tropical vibrancy that the Gardens symbolized.

Printed by Room One Cards and pledge starts at $15 on Kickstarter.

Andersen’s Fairy Tales Playing Cards

Andersen’s Fairy Tales Playing Cards bring the timeless stories of Hans Christian Andersen to life through a fully customized deck created by Room One Cards. Rather than a single deck, Andersen’s Fairy Tales is presented as four distinct editions on Kickstarter, thoughtfully curated to explore different facets of Andersen’s storytelling.

Garnet and Sapphire colorways represent two complementary halves of the author’s creative spirit... one inward and introspective, the other outward and transformative. Each colorway is available in both Standard and Signature editions.

At the heart of the design is the hourglass, a symbol of storytime and fleeting moments. This motif appears prominently on the card backs as an animated flipbook sequence: when the deck is fanned, grains of sand cascade through an ornate hourglass, echoing Andersen’s recurring themes of time, change, and consequence.

The Signature Editions feature selective foil detailing that highlights crowns, wings, armor, and symbolic elements within the artwork, adding a subtle, luminous magic.

These editions are housed in Room One Cards’ proprietary 3D Accordion Tuck Box, which unfolds into a sculptural, gallery-like presentation. Metallic foil gilded edges further elevate the tactile experience.

The Standard Editions showcase the same complete watercolor illustrations without foil, emphasizing painterly detail and narrative clarity, and are packaged in a classic storybook-style tuck box with an interactive pull-tab design.

Every card in the deck is fully customized. The number cards feature fantastical pips and a bespoke ornate font inspired by fairy-tale lanterns and gilded book edges. Rather than acting as simple symbols, the pips are integrated into miniature narrative scenes, allowing the story world to flow seamlessly through gameplay.

The court cards serve as illustrated storybook portraits. Each edition draws from a curated selection of Andersen’s tales. Garnet editions include characters such as The Snow Queen, The Sandman, The Phoenix, and The Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweep. Sapphire editions feature iconic figures like The Ugly Duckling, The Little Mermaid, The Nightingale, and The Steadfast Tin Soldier.

Rendered in soft, atmospheric watercolor, the courts feel less like traditional royalty and more like moments frozen from a fairy tale. In the Signature Editions, foil accents add depth and visual drama; in the Standard Editions, the artwork shines in its purest form.
