20/20 Playing Cards by Kings Wild

To kick-off 2020, Jackson Robinson has created a truly unique deck of playing cards inspired by the simple and graphic design of a traditional eye test chart.

The 20/20 deck is the January deck featured in the Kings Wild Shorts playing card subscription featuring a fun line-up of quirky custom court cards, full of vibrant color and life.

20/20 comes in 3 different editions: Standard, Limited and Signature. The standard deck comes in a striking white tuck case with holographic foiling. Unlike the Limited Edition, the Standard Edition will NOT be individually number. The face cards are similar. The Standard Edition is made available to Kings Wild Shorts subscribers until Feb 1st, 2020 and the remaining decks will then go on sale to the general public for $15 plus shipping.

The Limited Edition is limited to 500 decks and features a clear Carat DS1 Deck Sleeves in place of the usual tuck case. Each deck is individually numbered and comes with a holographic seal.

The Signature Edition is extremely limited and has a smaller than the normal print run. Also, each signature edition deck comes with an extra hand signed card and a hand-signed black tuck case with clear holographic foiling.

The 20/20 playing card decks are designed in a way that makes the cards a joy to look at and also very usable for any type of card game. 20/20 are printed by the United States Playing Card Co. on Bee Casino Stock with Embossed Finish.

2020 Kings Wild Playing Cards Subscriptions Now Open!

350 subscribers and over 100 people on the waiting list! 2019 was an incredible year for Kings Wild Shorts! For the subscription service, designer Jackson Robinson explores vastly different styles and themes that will keep the hobby of collecting new and fresh for subscribers.

For those who missed out last year, Jackson has expanded subscriptions to offer two more premium playing card subscriptions in 2020:

+ Table Players (bi-monthly)
+ Premium Bicycle (bi-monthly) featuring luxury Bicycle decks starting with the Kings Wild Americanas.

Unlike last year, there will also be more subscription tiers if you want decks from different subs. For example:

+ One of everything. This includes Standard, Limited and Gilded Editions from KW Shorts (monthly), Table Players (bi-monthly) and Premium Bicycle (bi-monthly).
+ One of each. This includes Standard, Limited and Gilded Editions for the respective subscription.
+ Limited Edition. Limited Edition for the respective subscription.

First Look: Black Reserve Note (Green Edition) Playing Cards

The Federal 52 Unbranded Edition Playing Cards is still one of the most highly sought after and demands quite the premium in the secondary market. Late last week, Jackson Robinson released the follow-up to the stunning deck, the Green Edition Black Reserve Note to subscribers of Kings Wild Shorts.

The deck feature a black and green colorway and shares many of the design elements as the rest of OG Federal 52 series. Jackson recolored all the cards from OG red hue to a green hue.



All red treasury seals have been changed to green on the tuck box and cards. This gives the deck a mysterious look and vibe.



Also, Jackson added a new Continental Drummer and a Declaration of Independence art cards. Like the OG, the deck comes with two-panel Diptych of George Washington crossing Delaware as well as the black card backs.



Another amazing deck to add to your collection. The stunning embossing along with a hint of green foil just sets this deck apart, as well as Jackson Robinson's signature style for the Federal 52 series and the fully foiled tuck interior makes this an amazing centerpiece to any collection.

Crayon Playing Cards Available Now for KWS Subscribers!

Believe it or not? King Wild Shorts is ONE YEAR OLD! The subscription service, which for $25 per month gives subscribers access to a deck of playing cards each month. At the moment, there are only 400 slots and they are in high demand.

In conjunction with the milestone, designer Jackson Robinson has released the Crayon deck. Now you can have a nostalgic deck that looks just like your fave childhood crayons! So awesome!

Three editions were made available: Standard, Limited and Gilded. The standard deck come in a beautiful classic tuck case. Unlike the Limited Edition, the Standard Edition will NOT be individually number. The face cards are similar. There are approximately 800 decks available.

The Gilded Edition extremely limited and have a smaller than the normal print run... the gilded edition Crayon features a fractured holographic gilding! Wow!

Wow! Kings Wild's Verum Videre Black Edition Playing Cards!

Jackson Robinson released the Verum Videre Black Edition Playing Cards to the Kings Wild Shorts Subscribers last week. "Verum Videre" means "See the truth" in Latin and this new addition is probably the most stunning deck yet in the series.

Two editions were made available: Standard and Gilded. The decks comes in completely black playing cards with eye-catching red and white pips!

The custom Kings Wild Standard coloured courts pops and the custom Ace of Spades exceptionally bold against the dark background.

The die-cut tuck box prominently showcases the iconic Eye of Providence from the Ace of Spades. Also the tuck is adorned with gold foil and capped with a custom seal. The stunning deck is a combination of modern aesthetic and bold elegance.

Verum Videre Black Edition is printed by the United States Playing Card Co. on Bee Casino Stock with embossed Finish. These deck should be released to the public soon.

Equinox I 2019 Standard Edition Playing Cards

Kings Wild launched its subscription service one year ago in September and the inaugural deck was Equinox playing cards which were limited to 144 of its subscribers.

The Equinox I - 2019 Standard Edition is a luxury reprint of the original deck and both the card manufacturer and tuck case manufacturer were upgraded to EPCC and Clove St. Press, respectively.

This will definitely give the Equinox I the same luxurious fit and finish as the Equinox II deck. Only 800 Standard Editions produced.

Also, the Equinox I 2019 Gilded Edition is also available. Kings Wild Shorts Subscribers will have early access to preorder until September 1st at which time the remaining decks will be made available to the general public.

Valley Forge (Standard Edition) Playing Cards Released

Jackson Robinson has just released the Standard Edition Valley Forge Playing Cards. The limited-edition version of the deck was originally released in July for Kings Wild Shorts subscribers which sports a deep blue colorway tuck box.

The Valley Forge playing cards are a Historical deck inspired by General George Washington's HQ flag that was flown in front of a John Potts Mansion's home in Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, that was converted into Washington's temporary Headquarters.

The deck features a fully custom, bold Ace of Spades and beautifully illustrated cast of iconic characters that led to the birth of a nation.

We love a deck that tells a story! The events that transpired at Valley Forge captured the enduring spirit and determination that has defined Americans from the beginning. This beautifully crafted deck gives the saga of Valley Forge the detail it deserves and captures the turning point in the Revolution.

3. There will be a Solution Edition deck available. They are, in a way, the "key" to its sister deck, The Labyrinth Unsolved Edition. Each of the court cards features the solutions to the mazes found in the Labyrinth Unsolved Edition.

4. There were only 500 Solution Editions produced. The Solution Edition cards were printed by The Expert Playing Card Company. The beautifully letterpressed tuck cases were printed by Clove Street Press.

Kings Wild Shorts January 2019: Pi Playing Cards

Kings Wild Shorts is a monthly playing cards subscription. Every month, you will receive a limited edition deck by Jackson Robinson exploring vastly different styles and themes (subscription starts at $30).

This month subscription deck is Pi Playing Cards, Jackson's first experiment in creating a cardistry specific deck. The deck is fully custom and features a hypnotic circular line pattern card backs. Consistent to the theme, the Ace of Spades, Jokers and pips on the face cards are updated with the circular design element.

The court cards feature a light blue/yellow/black colorway, giving the deck a vibrant look. The top left and bottom right of the face cards have been accentuated with a yellow corner, making fans and spreads look amazing!

The deck is housed in a minimalist tuck, letterpressed by Clove St Press. Printed by the United States Playing Card Company. Subscribers will have a chance to purchase extra display decks (non-numbered seal) for a few weeks before the remaining decks are offered to the public.

Jackson Robinson to Open Additional 144 Slots for Kings Wild Shorts

Jackson Robinson is set to open an additional 144 slots for the popular Kings Wild Shorts subscription service this Friday 15th December. The subscription service offers an original deck of playing cards for $30 a month. The idea is to provide a limited run of a wide range of styles and themes to subscribers that will keep the hobby of collecting new and fresh! As well as put some of the intrigue and game/hunt into collecting.

In 2019, Jackson will release the Kings Wild Shorts collector's card. Each subscriber will get a Collector's card that will have 12 empty slots and with each months deck, you will get a unique stamp that you fill each slot with. Then at the end of the year, you will turn in the card and you get the card returned with a very special deck you can only get by turning in a full card.
