The Decked Out Fashion Playing Cards was launched late 2013 on Kickstarter by American fashion illustrator and designer, Connie Lim. Successfully funded, the deck is composed of 54 hand drawn illustrations inspired by fashion.
The deck is primarily art-focused. Although functional, the cards are still mainly a vehicle to convey the illustrations. Each illustration is based purely on Connie’s thoughts and feelings towards the suits and numbers. They are a personal reflection of her journey at the time of illustrating them.
