What a gorgeous deck of playing cards! The Coffee Playing Cards are produced by Tens Hundreds Thousands, a small company that produces a small run of limited edition (mostly) coffee related products.
Designed by Jose Berrio and Julian Ardila, the Coffee Playing Cards are a beautiful deck that captures the spirit and detail of coffee farmers, roasters and baristas.
Two editions are available, the Green Edition and the Yellow Edition. Both decks are equally vibrant with rich color palette used throughout the deck. The decks are fully custom with custom Ace of Spades, courts, card backs, and jokers.
The court cards, in particular, are gorgeous! The artwork combined with beautiful presentation gives the courts a vibrant appearance with just the right amount of flair. The coffee farmers, roasters and baristas featured truly captures the theme of the deck. However, courts are repeated for all suits.
The one-way card backs with thick white borders feature coffee tree leaves and beans in green and yellow, for the respective editions. The design element of the card backs does tie the theme together well.
Tens Hundreds Thousands did a very good job with Coffee Playing Cards and even though playing cards are not their core and specialty, the deck turned out very well!
