New drop from Art of Play! Gaslamp Playing Cards are a tribute to the historic Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, California, and celebrate the district’s beautiful Victorian characteristics and eclectic past.
The deck is illustrated by Jeff Trish in a style reminiscent of nineteenth-century line engraving with intricate details. The Gaslamp artwork is prominently featured throughout the deck, from the tuck box, mirrored-card backs, and Ace of Spades.
The courts are pretty much standard but recolored to match the look and feel of the deck. Also, subtle hints of folklore have been littered throughout the deck.
Gaslamp Playing Cards are sustainably printed by The United States Playing Card Company using FSC certified paper and vegetable-based inks on Dan and Dave’s trademark stock and finish.
