Released earlier this week by Art of Play, INTO THE WIERD Playing Cards are inspired by Art of Play’s fascination with the strange and unusual. Designed in collaboration with Jenny Gebhardt (Behance: Jenny Gebhardt) this fully custom deck features an exciting and strangely odd story. The cards tell about curiosity and a journey full of ambient adventures.
The psychedelic artwork and design might not be to everyone liking but the 54 unique illustrations tell a story. Each of the four suits shows a section of the story.
It unfolds itself starting with the Ace following the ranks upwards. The remaining court cards (King, Queen, and Jack) show the main characters.
