Sold out on Kickstarter, the 5th and 6th Weapon of the Arsenal Series. These incredible-looking decks are inspired by the Greek Goddess of Harvest, Demeter- Axe and Sickle playing cards!
Like its predecessor, the eye-catching deck features the same stunning tuck concept. When the luxurious box is spread out, each piece is lined by a stunning Foil line, which traces the weapon-shaped cutouts. When retracted, the eight parts come together to create a window through which the weapon can be seen. The Sickle tuck case is infused with 3 different hot foils: Green (Sickle), Black, and White, while the Axe Tuck case comes with Rose Gold, Black, and White.
Inside, the card backs follow the overall style and color palette of the tuck box. The backs feature a double-bladed scythe in the center, resembling an “S”. Sleek, green lining with sharp angles of different thicknesses create a futuristic aesthetic that contrasts the ancient world.
The face cards have been refined. Like the Arrow and Shield deck, the court cards of the Sickle edition are the most intricate components of the entire deck. The artwork of the Olympian Gods has been enhanced on the twelve court cards to give it a more exquisite and mighty look. They are illustrated with detailed and elegant bold lines that emphasize their fierce weapons and glimmering silver eyes.
The Ace of Spades features a sickle with a detailed design on the blade, which is Demeter’s wielded weapon. The flaming torch seen on the Ace of Hearts signifies the torch she used on her journey to find her daughter Persephone. The Ace of Clubs features a cornucopia to represent the prosperity Demeter brings to earth. Lastly, the wheat encompassed on the Ace of Diamonds directly symbolizes the Goddess of Agriculture.

Rather than the traditional suits, the deck of cards features the use of different shapes to reinvent the suit symbols, giving an advanced, technological feel to the cards. The suits are represented with grey and green to replace the conventional black and red colorway.
Two editions of each deck are on offer during the campaign, Deluxe Edition and Classic Edition. Both will be manufactured by the Taiwan Playing Card Co with their high-end Luxury Finish. Was available for $28 on Kickstarter.
