Designed by Elettra Deganello, the 2nd edition of Pinocchio Vermilion offers a fresh take on the Pinocchio deck originally released in 2018 in collab with Passione Playing Cards LLC. Now available for pre-order, the new edition comes in 3 colorways, Red, Silver (gilded), and the very limited edition Black.
The red edition is color-edged in Italy. This particular ennoblement preserves the playability of the deck, adding both a smooth touch to the handling and vibrant color to the edges. Each deck is hand-numbered on the pearlescent seal.
The exquisitely silver edition is also gilded in Italy and represents the luxury peak of the new release. Each deck is hand-numbered on the foiled seal.
The rare black edition is already sold out. The deck carries on the interest for unique edge ennobling techniques inaugurated with the Bold 1818 Experimental and Blue Jay Dentistry – Black Liquorice decks. The edges are enriched by a detailed black and white design paying homage to the playful nature of the deck.
The design of all 3 tuck boxes are printed in Italy by Boschiero & Newton on high-quality Fedrigoni paper stock with three hot foils and embossing, which is dedicated to the illustrator Attilio Mussino.
