Only 3 more days on Kickstarter. Pharmacy on Main Playing Cards is a beautifully crafted deck inspired by vintage-style pharmacy. This is the third deck by the incredible team at Meadowlark pharmacy. From the campaign page,
With our third deck, we wanted to take a different approach in art style to keep everyone guessing. We decided to bring the theme back to our foundation: Pharmacy. Since we were going back to our roots, we decided that the best way to do so would be to pay homage to the old school small town pharmacies on Main Street.
Meadowlark Playing Cards teamed up with Russ Gray again (the illustrator from the first deck: Meadowlark Playing Cards) to create a classic deck where artwork was ornate and quality items came packaged inside metal tins. Instead of using the standard Bicycle or Arrco courts, they’ve updated them while still giving them a vintage feel.
Four editions are on offer during the campaign- Classic, Premium, Pharmacist, and Supreme. Each edition comes with their own respective colorway on the card back and tuck box. Inside, the deck features a fully custom back design, courts, pips, aces, and jokers.
The beautiful card backs feature stunning copper metallic ink on CLASSIC Edition, copper hot foil on PREMIUM Edition, and green hot foil on SUPREME Editions.
The face cards look incredible with an antique white background embellished with eye-catching metallic copper ink. Also, custom ornate pips and court cards make this a truly exceptional deck.
In order to maintain the vintage feel, each CLASSIC Edition, PREMIUM Edition, and PHARMACIST Edition deck will be stored inside an individual tin box. The CLASSIC and PHARMACIST Editions will be placed inside a white tin, while the PREMIUM Edition decks will be placed inside a green tin. Each tin is embossed and has foam inside to help protect the deck.
